While I still lived in Taipei, my parents have tried to give both my brother and I orthodontics treatment. I used to be very afraid of the doctor at the clinic, because he was very rude and he would yell at us if we jitter while he tries to narcotize us.
In my fourth grade of elementary school, my family moved to Taichung. Due to my parents' friends and connection that they had, I got to know Dr. Tong. When I visited Éonus, the clinic, for the first time, I was very unwilling. I thought I was going to get yelled at again, but then the nurse showed me to the game room. At that moment, all my nervous thoughts and worries went away.
During my treatment, I had to wear dental head band to sleep and tight dental robber band in my mouth, which weren't comfortable at all. However, Dr. Tong is nothing like the doctor that I had in Taipei. He always reminds me that the more time I spend on wearing dental robber band, the sooner my treatment will end, he also told me to eat a lot of ice cream (apparently it reduces the pain).
In my opinion, Éonus is very different from typical dental clinics. Every assistant at the clinic has superior attention to detail. I feel like both dental service and customer service are outstanding at Éonus. I really appreciate Éonus for not ruining my childhood while I was on the treatment.
In addition, Dr. Tong's patience and thoughtful mind have broke my negative stereotype towards all dental clinics. I also want to thank my parents for having me start the treatment at Éonus when I was still young. I know that my teeth are pretty, but there's no need to feel jealous, because Éonus accepts all ages.
As long as you have teeth, you have a chance to get beautiful teeth like mine.
